Whilst in the timeline, press Shift/I and it will take you to the In Point.
Option drag the current timecode field from the top left of the timeline to the In Point in the Edit to Tape window. Drag the sequence from the browser to the Edit to Tape window and choose relevant edit method (Assemble if unsure of the end timecode on the tape and Insert if you are replacing a section on a tape which already has timecode to the end).
