Course Details
The advent of the much talked-about RED digital film camera has brought many more people in contact with film DI workflows, which are somewhat different to TV methods. This course introduces participants to the differences, and takes people through the practical steps involved in processing RED footage from a shoot, moving it through an off- and online edit process, to a Digital Cinema or tape finish.

  • Aspects of outputting to DPX, DCP and tape

This course is aimed at
Camera operators and assistants, edit assistants and editors planning a RED production

Pre-requisites
Experience of the above mentioned job roles on tape-based or film productions
