Got some questions about VET Training delivery?


Do you have Training facilities?

We no longer run our Hoxton facility. All training is delivered on site at the clients facility.


Do you provide all the equipment?

We normally provide a laptop to present from. We normally need a large HDMI screen with sound.

Any edit or operational equipment needed is supplied by the client.


How long is a training day?

A typical training day runs from 10am till 5pm with an hour for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks, one mid morning one mid afternoon.

Timings can be adjusted if required to suite shift patterns


Do you provide weekend or evening training?

Most training is scheduled during normal working hours but we are happy to schedule weekends or evenings if that works better with staff availability.


Will there be any additional expenses?

For delivery of courses in and around London there are no further costs. For courses that require travel we will charge travel costs and if required accommodation and subsistence.


Do we get any handouts or notes?

Most course come with bound copies of the presentation slides for each participant.


How often are the course updated?

Current workflows and technologies are developing so fast we've had instigate a review of each course before delivery. this enables us to update and revise so that what we deliver is as up to date as we can make it.


Is there any followup support?

Yes there is. All participants are given an email contact with the tutor and encouraged to email any related questions or queries.
