Privacy policy

Registration allows you to receive news and events email updates. VET Ltd. will retain the email address until they receive a request to unsubscribe sent from the same email address.

We will never intentionally solicit or proactively send promotional emails to users unless they have explicitly asked to receive this type of communication.

Any user can opt out of communications at any time by following the Unsubscribe instructions published in every VET Ltd. email update, or by sending an email with 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the subject line to news@vet.co.uk

When booking for an event or course you will be asked for information such as your address, company, telephone number and credit card details. This data will be retained by VET Ltd. for purposes relating to the administration of that event or course, and may also be used to monitor usage of VET Ltd. website and other activities. By enrolling for a course or an event, you agree to receive communication relating to that course or event.

Information Collection

We collect information on our users in two ways: through website usage data including cookies, and through registration.
Cookies and Website usage data

Our website utilises 'cookies' and Web server logs to collect information about how the site is used. Cookies allow Web servers to recognise the computer used to access a website. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user's web browser software on the user's hard drive. Cookies provide non-personal statistical information about visits to pages on the site, which may include the duration of individual page views, paths taken by visitors through the site, the websites visited just before and just after our website, and other general information. This information is collected on an aggregate basis. None of this information is associated with you as an individual. If you are concerned about cookies, you can turn them off in your browser.

Sharing your information

At no time will we sell or release your personal data to any third party organisation (subject to the Exclusions where funding is involved). Many organisations collect data in order to sell on to partners and affiliates, but VET Ltd. has no intention of doing this.

Access to your personal information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information VET Ltd. holds about you and have any inaccuracies corrected or removed. Please address requests in writing to the Data Protection Officer,VET Ltd. Lux Building, 2-4 Hoxton Square, London N1 6US. (We charge £10 for information requests. Cheques should be made payable to VET Ltd.)
