  • *I am currently working in the film industry* (*if you work in TV as well, you need to predominantly be working in film) and have done so for more than 2 years.
  • I am employed in the film industry on a permanent contract or on a series of renewable contracts with one employer lasting more than 364 days. OR I am a freelancer who either a. working in film industry on a fixed term contract of not more than 364 days, b. currently in employment in the film industry, but who can prove they have been given a date for termination of employment and will become a freelancer or c. unemployed but previously professionally worked in the film industry within the past 2 years.
  • OR
  • **I have demonstrable experience in the broadcast industry in the UK.
  • I am not employed on a fixed term contract for more than one year and even if I am, I have been given a date for termination and will soon become freelance. I can provide a copy of my letter of termination.
  • I am not in continuous employment.
